Flubber Recipe version 4

This is another interesting flubber recipe and the final mixing and flubber creation phase seems particularly fun. One interesting difference with this flubber recipe is the glue solution. Like other flubber recipes, two solutions are created (one containing the glue and the other containing the borax) and then mixed. However, unlike other glue solutions, where the glue is mixed with the water, here, the glue is poured into the water and color solution, but not mixed. So, when the two solutions are initially mixed together, the glue is not as diluted and not as liquid.
